Job Description: As an Online Customer Care Specialist at Qatar Museums, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online visitors. You will interact with customers through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media, to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our online community, representing our brand in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online channels - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions accurately - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and engagement opportunities - Assist with online promotions, campaigns, and events - Generate reports on customer interaction and feedback for management review - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong communication and critical thinking skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Experience with social media management is a plus - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
