Job Description:
Silatech is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. The Online Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online platforms, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Provide product information, support, and guidance to online users. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 5. Monitor online feedback and reviews, escalating issues as needed. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong customer service orientation. 2. Excellent communication and cooperation skills to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners. 3. Previous experience in online customer service roles preferred. 4. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus.
