Job Description - Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Associate to join our team at Qatar Foundation. As an Online Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing product information, placing orders, and processing returns or exchanges for customers. 3. Managing and updating customer accounts with accurate information. 4. Collaborating with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to customers. 6. Monitoring online reviews and responding to feedback to maintain a positive online reputation. 7. Assisting with marketing initiatives, such as promotions and campaigns, to drive online sales. 8. Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes. 9. Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 5. Reliable and confident with a high level of emotional intelligence. 6. Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 9. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
