Job Description - Online Customer Service Associate


Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Associate to join our team at QatarDebate in Doha. As an Online Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers and ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services through various online platforms. 2. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 3. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and respond accordingly. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers. 6. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner. 7. Work with the sales team to drive customer engagement and increase customer satisfaction. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when communicating with customers.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using online platforms and web-based applications. 7. Driven and energetic personality traits. 8. Emotional intelligence and leadership skills. 9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 10. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
