Job Description - Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Qatar Steel Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. 4. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Providing product recommendations and assistance with online purchases. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assisting with online marketing campaigns and promotions. 8. Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. 3. Excellent time management and project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Knowledge of online retail and e-commerce platforms. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Must be dedicated and reliable. 8. Must have a positive attitude and be willing to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
