Job Description:
Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage the online customer service team, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and complaints. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify trends and improve service delivery. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms. 5. Train and mentor customer service representatives to uphold the highest standards of service. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, providing timely resolution and maintaining a positive rapport with customers. 7. Utilize customer service software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. 8. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven track record of managing a successful online customer service team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 6. Motivated and energetic with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Persuasion skills to influence and motivate team members. 8. Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
