Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Science & Technology Park is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position with a required 5 years of experience, the Online Customer Service Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive online customer experience for our organization.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online customer service team, providing guidance and support as needed - Implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and procedures - Monitor customer inquiries and feedback on various online platforms and respond in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns effectively - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service - Provide regular reports and updates on online customer service metrics and KPIs


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in online customer service or a related field - Hardworking and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback - Experience in managing a team and providing leadership and guidance - Proficiency in online customer service tools and platforms - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
