Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Snoonu in Doha, Qatar. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online customer service team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction across our digital platforms. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the online customer service team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery. 3. Monitor online customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure timely and effective resolution. 4. Analyze customer service data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies. 5. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in online customer service to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an online retail or e-commerce environment. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. 3. Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities. 5. Excellent presentation and analytical skills to effectively analyze customer data and make data-driven decisions. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
