Job Description - Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Online Customer Service Officer to join our team at Mall of Qatar in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The Online Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to online shoppers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively - Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution - Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond accordingly - Provide feedback on customer issues to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Reliable and adaptable with a positive attitude - Analytical skills to assess customer needs and find solutions - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
