Job Description - Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Sidra Medicine is seeking a reliable and hardworking Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Monitor online reviews and address any negative feedback or complaints. 4. Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders. 5. Coordinate with the marketing team to promote special offers and new products online. 6. Continuously strive to improve the online customer experience and increase customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management and time management skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Knowledge of online shopping platforms and social media channels. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
