Job Description - Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Meddy is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate level position, the Online Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through various online communication channels. 2. Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 4. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer inquiries or escalate unresolved issues. 6. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 8. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in online customer service.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team of customer service representatives. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online customer service platforms. 5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 7. Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar.
