Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Qatar Free Zones Authority. As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns through various online channels.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide information and assistance to customers about our services and products - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update databases - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor social media channels and respond to customer feedback - Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the management team


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Creativity and persuasion soft skills - Detail-oriented and organized - Proficient in using online communication tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
