Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Qatar Petroleum is seeking a customer-oriented Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha. As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various communication channels. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation - Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in improving customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Resilient and motivated individual who can handle challenging customer interactions - Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability to effectively communicate with diverse customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent
