Job description:
As an Online Customer Service Representative at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. Your main duty will be addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Process orders, refunds, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Dedicated and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong project management and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using various online communication tools and platforms. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
