Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


MEEZA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Online Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online platform users and ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfying. This role is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email, chat, and other online communication channels. - Assist customers with account setup, navigation, and troubleshooting on the online platform. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. - Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: - Hardworking and confident with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. - Excellent planning and problem-solving skills to effectively manage customer issues and inquiries. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
