Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Qatar Sports Investments. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for assisting our online customers with any inquiries, issues, or requests they may have. This part-time position requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, product information, and order processing - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Provide support for online promotions, campaigns, and events - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Innovation mindset with a proactive approach to customer success - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
