Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


As an Online Customer Success Assistant at Qatar Rail, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our online customers. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This part-time position will require you to work closely with the Customer Success team to deliver a high level of service to our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Assist customers with product or service-related issues through various online platforms - Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary - Manage and update customer accounts and profiles - Conduct online surveys and gather feedback to improve customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report on key performance indicators - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and dedicated mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask effectively - Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
