Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Starlink Qatar is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues. 3. Assist customers in navigating the company's online platform and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience. 5. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to products or services. 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to increase retention and overall customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 3. Proficient in using online tools and platforms. 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. 5. Proven track record of building successful customer relationships. 6. Resourceful problem solver with a customer-centric mindset.
