Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Online Customer Success Associate to join our team at Hilton in Doha, Qatar. As part of our global customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our online customers and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, addressing their needs and providing support as necessary. 2. Act as a point of contact for online customer inquiries, troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. 3. Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms. 5. Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify trends and help drive product improvements. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction. 7. Provide support for online customer onboarding and training, ensuring a smooth transition to our online platforms.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field. 2. Energetic and confident personality with a positive attitude. 3. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
