Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role at the mid-to-senior level.


As an Online Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and success of our online customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, managing their accounts, and providing support as needed. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention.


Key responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with online customers - Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
