Job Description - Online Customer Success Representative


Job description:


As an Online Customer Success Representative at Al Shaqab, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through your interactions with clients in the digital space. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing solutions to any issues they may encounter, and building lasting relationships with our online customer base.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to address any potential issues or concerns before they escalate. 3. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our online services. 5. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to customers. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies to optimize client satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Hardworking and resourceful with a strong attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a digital environment. 7. Strong research skills to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
