Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is seeking an Online Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various online platforms, including social media, email, and chat - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Monitor online reviews and ratings to maintain a positive online presence for the company - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development of customer success KPIs and metrics to measure success and impact - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptability to quickly learn new technologies and tools - Experience in people management or customer service is a plus - Passion for providing exceptional customer service
