Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate


Job Description:


The Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Doha. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for a reliable and resilient individual who possesses strong cooperation and project management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist in creating and updating FAQ pages and knowledge base articles. 6. Work on special projects as assigned by the Customer Support Manager. 7. Continuously improve customer support processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
