Job description:
BeIN Sports is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of online customer support and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer support representatives and oversee their daily tasks and responsibilities. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Monitor online customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure they are handled with professionalism and empathy. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer support processes. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively. 7. Continuously evaluate and improve online customer support processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. 8. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in online customer support or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic. 5. Critical thinking and decision-making skills. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and online support tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
