Job Description:
Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing our online customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of online customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team. 3. Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and online customer support platforms. 5. Independent and resilient personality traits, with a high level of adaptability. 6. People management skills and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
