Job Description:
Qatar Museums is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to online visitors, resolving inquiries and issues in a professional manner. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with online purchases, refunds, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback - Stay up to date on product information and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail and presentation skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience with CRM software and online ticketing systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
