Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

As an Online Customer Support Specialist at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online channels. Your primary role will be to interact with customers via email, chat, and social media to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and troubleshooting technical issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer support - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with colleagues to achieve common goals
