Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Woqod in Doha, Qatar. As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our online customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order details, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic computer skills and proficiency with online communication tools
