Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist


Job Description:


We are looking for a Part-Time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Mall of Qatar in Doha, QA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to online shoppers, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other inquiries. 3. Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time. 5. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online shopping platform. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. 7. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall online shopping experience. 8. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and driven individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong negotiation and time management skills. 3. Proficient in using customer support software and online communication tools. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience working in e-commerce or online retail is a plus.
