Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Meddy, a leading healthcare technology company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online customer support via live chat, email, and phone to assist users with inquiries, technical issues, and feedback. - Develop a deep understanding of Meddy's products and services to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner. - Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and provide feedback to the product and development teams. - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to processes and services. - Act as a brand ambassador for Meddy, maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.


Requirements: - Hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. - Resourceful problem-solver who can think on their feet and adapt to changing situations. - Excellent persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns. - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments. - Proficiency in using online chat platforms, email, and phone systems. - Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
