Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking an Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Qatar Free Zones Authority in Doha. As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online users. This is a part-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers through online chat, email, and phone to provide information about our services and address any issues or concerns they may have. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide guidance on using our online platform effectively. 3. Monitor online forums and social media channels to respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content and promotions to attract more users. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our online services. 6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting purposes.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong analytical skills and creativity to come up with innovative solutions. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic knowledge of online platforms and technical troubleshooting. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
