Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Qatar Biobank. As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online users and donors.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to online inquiries and concerns from customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with navigating the online platform and providing technical support as needed. 3. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Providing accurate information about our services, products, and policies. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries. 6. Collecting feedback from customers to improve the user experience on the online platform. 7. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.


Requirements: 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with resilience. 4. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 5. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 6. High attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
