Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Starlink Qatar is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a strong ability to adapt to different situations.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Update and maintain customer records and information accurately. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with online sales transactions and provide support to the sales team as needed. 8. Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any issues or concerns raised by customers.


Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to adapt to different customer needs and preferences. 4. Confidence in handling difficult or challenging customer situations. 5. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage time effectively. 6. Knowledge of online customer support platforms and tools. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
