Job Description - Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:


Katara Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Doha. As a part-time position with entry-level seniority, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat on our website to provide assistance and information about our services and accommodations - Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses - Negotiate with customers to address any concerns or issues they may have - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special offers and packages - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to create a welcoming and engaging online environment - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for future improvement


Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions - Experience in customer service or sales is an asset - Adaptable and able to work flexible hours as needed


Personality Traits: - Adaptable: Able to adjust to changing customer needs and work effectively in a dynamic environment - Energetic: Enthusiastic and positive attitude to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
