Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Hilton in Doha, Qatar. As an Online Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our guests. This position is part-time and entry-level, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with guests in real-time via online chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns with empathy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently handle guest requests and inquiries - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery - Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service - Report any technical issues or challenges with the chat platform to the relevant IT support team - Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with guests in a written format - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues to achieve common goals - Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred - Must be proficient in using online chat platforms and basic computer software - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
