Online Live Chat Assistant

Estithmar Holding is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Doha, QA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and reliable. Additionally, we are looking for someone with strong emotional intelligence and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via live chat on the company website to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Assist with monitoring and analyzing chat metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online chat environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat software and other online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
