Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Qatar Free Zones Authority. This part-time entry-level position will require strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to negotiate effectively in an online setting. The ideal candidate will be confident in their abilities and able to provide excellent customer service through live chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with website visitors through live chat, providing information and assistance as needed. 2. Address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 3. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and service. 5. Monitor chat conversations for trends and provide feedback to improve customer experience. 6. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to think creatively and negotiate effectively. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other online communication tools. 6. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
