Job Description:
Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be independent, passionate, and possess strong planning and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with online transactions, appointments, and general inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience for all users - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work independently - Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is preferred but not required
