Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level Online Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions with customers.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues. - Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Work with the customer service team to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Driven and reliable personality traits. - Strong teamwork and innovation skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. - Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology and processes.
