Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description: Qatar National Cement Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in online customer service and live chat management, the successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our online customer engagement and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the online live chat platform, including setting up chat processes, training chat agents, and monitoring chat performance. - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through the live chat channel. - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality assurance and compliance with company policies. - Analyze chat metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to leverage the live chat platform for lead generation and customer retention. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve the live chat function. - Provide regular reports and insights on chat performance to management.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven track record of at least 8 years in online customer service and live chat management. - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. - Driven and resourceful individual who can work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent negotiation and project management skills. - Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
