Job Description:
Qatar Biobank is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the online live chat platform, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving key performance indicators. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently and strategically.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage the online live chat platform to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of online chat representatives to ensure high performance. 3. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes. 4. Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to make informed decisions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall online experience. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner. 8. Implement quality assurance measures to ensure consistent service delivery. 9. Evaluate chat transcripts and provide feedback to representatives for improvement. 10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in online customer service or live chat management. 3. Strong people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strategic planning abilities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and under pressure. 8. Knowledge of customer service software and tools.
