Job Description:
QatarDebate is seeking a skilled and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Online Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all online live chat interactions on our website and other digital platforms. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor online live chat conversations with customers in a professional and efficient manner. - Respond to inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and accurately. - Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels. - Analyze chat data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain chat scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote online chat services and increase engagement with customers. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management.
