Job Description:

BeIN Sports is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will involve engaging with our online audience through live chat to provide exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, passionate about sports, possess critical thinking skills, and excel in people management.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address their inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues they may have - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing the BeIN Sports brand online - Utilize strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and build rapport - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Stay up-to-date on sports events, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to customers - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Excellent people management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service - Adaptable and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends - Passion for sports and a desire to engage with fans in an online setting
