Online Live Chat Specialist

Qatar Petroleum is seeking a qualified Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Doha, QA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Specialist, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. - Utilize effective communication skills to provide accurate and timely information to customers. - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to maintain a positive online reputation. - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience. - Utilize modern technology tools to enhance the online chat experience for customers.

Requirements: - Resourceful individual with strong motivation to succeed in a fast-paced online environment. - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. - Ability to manage interactions with a variety of people to provide outstanding customer service. - Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy online chat setting. - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
