Job Description:
As an Online Support Assistant at Snoonu, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online users. This role requires a high level of energy and passion for helping others. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations on our online platform and strive to resolve any customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with our online platform. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and escalate to management as needed. 4. Assist in the development of online support materials and resources for users. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. 4. Excellent persuasion skills to resolve customer issues effectively. 5. Energetic personality with a passion for helping others. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
