Online Support Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Foundation is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Support Associate to join our team in Doha. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to our online platforms, engaging with users, and ensuring a positive online experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on various online platforms - Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with our online systems - Assist in the development and implementation of online initiatives - Coordinate with internal teams to address user concerns and feedback - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online support strategies - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when interacting with users

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in online support or a related field - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for delivering exceptional online support - Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving
