Online Support Associate

Job description:

Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. is seeking a part-time Online Support Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level employee with a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers through various digital platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively address customer concerns. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.

Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individual with a strong customer service orientation. - Excellent communication skills with a focus on innovation and problem-solving. - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with customers effectively. - Proficiency in using online communication tools and systems. - Prior experience in online customer support or a related field is preferred.
