Online Support Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Science & Technology Park is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Support Associate to join our team in Doha. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or online support.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to users of our platform, answering inquiries and troubleshooting issues - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback - Collaborate with the tech team to identify and resolve technical issues - Assist in creating user guides and FAQs - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in training new users on the platform

Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Excellent presentation and communication skills - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role - Ability to work part-time in Doha, QA - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
