Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description:


United Development Company is seeking a highly experienced Online Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is part-time and falls within the mid-to-senior level of seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing online support services.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the online support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer support processes and procedures - Work closely with other departments, such as IT and marketing, to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed - Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to online customer support - Train and mentor team members to maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Driven and resilient personality traits - Critical thinking and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM systems and online support tools - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
