Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Online Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Responsibilities: - Manage and coach a team of online support representatives - Monitor and evaluate the team's performance to ensure quality customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the online support team - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer support - Utilize data analytics to track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8 years of experience in online customer support, preferably in the hospitality industry - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Proficiency in project management and persuasion - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
